Wright St. Parking Deck will provide approximately 350 parking spaces in Downtown Auburn and contain space for the Baptist Campus Ministry on the ground floor. The concrete structure is comprised of post-tensioned slabs and exterior precast concrete wall panels with thin brick and precast details. Exterior improvements include a new pocket park on College Street, landscaping and irrigation, and site lighting. Construction for this project began in May 2020.
