Key Features:

What is a “Dry-In”?

Reaching “dry-in” is a critical turning point in the construction timeline. It means the building’s shell—including the roof, windows, and exterior walls—is sufficiently complete to keep out wind and rain. With the structure now weather-tight, crews can move full speed ahead on the interior finishes.

  • State-of-the-Art Training: Simulated workspaces for Cyber IT, Robotics, Healthcare, Automotive Technology, and Construction.
  • Community Partnership: A collaborative effort involving the Walker Area Community Foundation, Bevill State Community College, and local school systems.
