We are excited to feature Rogers-O’Brien Construction, the premier builder of the new Independent Bank Group, Inc. Headquarters located in McKinney, Texas. With project completion set for early 2019, this six-story office building sits on approximately 10.4 acres, with the building totaling 160,000 square feet.
The new headquarters will be enclosed with @View | Dynamic Glass, a specialty glass that reduces glares by responding to outside conditions, which can ultimately lead to a decrease in headaches, eye strain, and energy costs while increasing productivity. There will also be a four-story parking garage on site. The new office building is targeting LEED Silver certification. This is just the first phase of a 400,000 SF campus that could eventually house as many as 1,200 workers.
